PROJECT 1000 — PROTOCOL

One project deploys daily at 21:00 UTC.

If deployment is missed by more than 1 minute, no deployment occurs that day.

A project survives by reaching $1M within 24 hours of deployment.

Projects that do not reach $1M before the next deployment window are archived as TERMINATED.

If survival has not been reached, project holdings may be exited before the next deployment begins.

Projects reaching $1M within 24 hours are classified as SURVIVED. Daily deployments pause temporarily.

SURVIVED projects receive 5 days to reach $5M.

$5M = STABILIZED

STABILIZED projects receive 7 days to reach $20M.

$20M = ESTABLISHED

ESTABLISHED projects receive 14 days to reach $50M.

$50M = DOMINANT

DOMINANT projects receive 31 days to reach $100M.

$100M = ASCENDED

Projects failing continuation thresholds are archived as TERMINATED and daily deployments resume.

If a project drops 80% from its recorded peak before reaching the next stage, it is archived as TERMINATED, project holdings may be exited, and daily deployments resume.

Project holdings remain untouched while continuation thresholds remain active.

ASCENDED status permits gradual project holding distribution.

Creator rewards may be used throughout protocol operation.

All projects and outcomes remain publicly archived.

Rules remain fixed and transparent.
